It is an online interactive application that enables annual budget plans according to departments and projects throughout the company. In this system, users make a proposal for their future projects and make annual and monthly budget requests and send them to the budget manager. The budget manager makes a distribution according to the importance of the projects. Expenditures incurred throughout the year for approved projects are also kept in the system. When it comes to the end of the year, it is calculated how much of the actual budget is in the beginning of the year and the project manager’s performance is assessed. This data also sheds light on the budget distribution of the next year.
