Project Overview
Internal Shopping App is an internal shopping application that keeps the record of spendings in company and helps to the department leader to estimate next year budget.
At the start of the fiscal year, a yearly budget is set based on cost centers at the Internal Shopping App. All the consumable materials needed throughout the year are supplied through the Internal Shopping App. The budget status of each cost center is checked on a daily basis and notifications are sent to managers by email if the budget is reduced. Thanks to the system, the budget is kept under control and information about which consumables are used and where they are used is also reported.
