Project Overview

Pallet info application provides the continuity of production by informing the operators about the action to be taken by sensing the amount of pallets needed in the production line. The pallet quantities are read through the sensors in the pallet area and transferred to the PLC. The application I’ve developed shows these data meaningfully on the big screens of the data production area. Operators carry the pallets by means of forklifts to the required location according to this information. Thus, productivity is improved by avoiding problems such as production stoppage due to lack of pallets. The project consists of two modules. First one collects data from PLC which is Windows Service based and second module shows these data to the operators.
